Research

The product team at Commsor had strong relationships with customers who we leaned on to improve their experience. These continuing conversations helped us determine use cases for bulk actions in different types of communities:

  • Managers, particularly in enterprise spaces, were interested in exporting lists of profiles for sharing and reporting purposes. They wanted these files to include any tags, notes, and other information available within the profile page.

  • Managers across communities were interested in tagging their members to better organize their data. This included the creation of new tags, editing existing ones, and removing tags that were no longer helpful.

  • Managers wanted to merge profiles to avoid retaining inactive or otherwise redundant accounts. 

  • Other items include mass messaging, bulk removal of profiles, and sending swag.
